Before you try all of those herbs, especially all at once, if you are taking any medications find out if there are any drug interactions. Many many herbs interact with medications. And who knows if there is any way of knowing if they will interact with each other. Herbs are just about completely unregulated for safety. Besides, if you took all 7, how would you know which one works best for you? It might be better to try one at a time and see what you notice.
