How do you get nice HEALTHY skin?
I’m 14 and i’m in the breacking out stage any tips to have nice healthy skin, what makeup i should use to not clog my pores, how to treat pimples and blackheads, preferely a natural way. I want my skin to be Healthy!!!
Genetics, mainly.
Try a tea Tree Oil soap from a health food store. I’ve recommended it to people with great success. (I got the good skin genes).
Wash twice a day with an oil-free, non-comedogenic cleanser ans use an oil-free moisturizer with sunscreen. Wash with upward strokes, moisturize with downward strokes.
Get a mild astringent. Use it when you feel sticky or oily between cleansings.
Put your hair up when you sleep. The oils and dirt from it get on your face and your pillowcase, which you should change frequently. If you have bangs, wash them every day (just the bangs).
Keep your hands away from your face. You’re transferring dirt and sweat.
Use hydrogen peroxide on a Q-tip for pimples. Mint toothpaste isn’t bad either.
I should note, 4-6 weeks after you start a skincare regimen, your skin may appear to get worse. Relax, you’re just getting everything out.
Cleanse, mosturize, water and sunscreen. Learn to love it.
Try not to wear foundation.
