Is it okay to give Yummi Bears to teens?
i was wondering if the product Yummi Bears still work for teens.
im 14. and i have a very hard time getting vegtables and fruits in.
and i was wondering if it is a good product?
Taking a children’s vitamin will not harm you, but it may not give you as much as you need. Children’s bodies are different from adults. But you are still pretty young. if you think your having issues speak with your pediatrician about a supplement that is right for you. Good luck!
